Ash has an extensive background across a number of real estate specialisms. He has a keen eye for identifying and exploiting mispricing opportunities for his clients and has delivered a number of bespoke asset strategies throughout his career.
He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), holds an MSc in Real Estate Valuation from the Cass Business School in London, together with a BSc Hons in Estate Management from Nottingham University.
Ash began his career as a City of London disposal agent working for niche practice Dron & Wright before transitioning into the world of commercial investment. He secured a position in the West End investment team at Lambert Smith Hampton where he spent four years building an invaluable network of property contacts.
Finally returning to Dron & Wright in 2008 to head up their investment agency division and create the asset management department in 2011. This became the key driver behind the establishment of Longshore Investment Management in early 2013.
